Olympic Champions, World Champions, European Champions live
After the succesfull comeback of the international German MTB-Bundesliga 2009, worlds elite of mountainbikers this year again will be guest on the Swabian Alb. 4th round of international German MTB-Bundesliga offers a lot of points for the world ranking because the GONSO ALbstadt MTB Classic first time is honoured by Hors Class status of worlds cycling federation UCI. This category in 2010 is given only three times to a day race.
Additional mountainbikers in medical professions, doctors as well as pharmacists, nurses and physiotherapists are fighting for the honour of being national champ, while up to 1500 ambitious amateurs are riding on two different distances through the beautiful landscape of the Swabian Alb middle mountains.
One day before cross country racing is held, the marathon bikers go for the long distance but the licenced pros are competing in a spectacular sprint race that also counts for the Bundesliga overall.
The entertaining programm contains an area with about 30 exhibitors, a lot of different culinary offers, a big stage for shows with live music, moderation and further acts.
